About Us

Welcome to Netball Nice – the Côte d'Azur’s home of netball!

We’re a lively, inclusive club with something for everyone, from complete beginners to those keen on high level mixed competition.

We embrace diversity and welcome all ages, genders, and abilities.

Based on the French Riviera, we bring people together through our shared love of netball. Our teams take part in tournaments and competitive fixtures across France and Europe, proudly flying the flag for our region and France.

Whether you’re just visiting or looking to make this your netball home, come and get involved, everyone is welcome at Netball Nice!

Training Sessions

We offer training sessions up to four times a week all year round in Nice and Mougins (even during school holidays). If you’d like to join us for a first free session, please reach out to us using the contact form below, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Teams

We pride ourselves on being a club for everyone, with teams to suit all ages, abilities, and ambitions. Our structure includes dedicated mixed gender squads for under 16s and under 18s, alongside a large open mixed squad. With players ranging in age from 10 to 60, there's a place for everyone, whether you're looking to play socially, improve your skills, or compete at a high level.

We pulled together an incredible competition, tried out so many new combinations, and took away valuable lessons for the season ahead. Our teams showed resilience, spirit, and quality netball - winning 7 out of 9 matches, and a well fought tie 💪 We’re so proud of everyone for persevering and being open to try new things (👀 more coming soon).

What a weekend! 🌍✨

Netball Nice proudly hosted it’s first ever junior international friendly against the amazing LGB Jets 🇨🇭— coming all the way from Geneva!

We had 4 junior teams take the court, including a Netball Nice first: an all-boys junior team going up against mixed and all-girls sides 💪👏

With new kits, fresh combos, and serious skills on show, our juniors made us proud. LGB brought 4 strong squads (Y7 & Y8), and Nice stepped up with 3 mixed teams and our trailblazing boys team 🧡

Against tough and talented competition, we’re proud to say Nice came away with wins in all categories - a reflection of the hard work our players have put in over the season.

But the real win? The spirit, the sportsmanship, and the sense that we’re one big netball family - no matter what kit you’re sporting 🤝💫

Netball Nice held its annual Easter Tournament this Wednesday, and what a cracking event it was! The tiniest of netballers kicked things off with an Easter egg hunt, followed by our junior training session and then the “Pass the Carrot” warm-up that had everyone hopping with excitement. Bunny ears were everywhere— on heads, on balls, mostly the floor at the end 😆

Huge congratulations to the Blue Bunnies, who played (and bribed) their way to a sweet, sweet victory 🏆🐰

What a weekend 🔥💛🧡💙🔥

Netball Nice Sunset showed up to the 2025 Giants Mixed Netball Comp at The Score, London — and gave it everything they had. The team placed 5th out of 18, with one-goal margins in most of their final rounds (against some of the top mixed squads in the UK!).

Sunset held their own in tough matchups and were right in the mix — a few narrow losses kept them from placing higher, but they walk away proud and hungry to keep building. 💪🏼

Proud to be growing mixed netball internationally — big love to all the teams who made it such a high-level, fun, and competitive event.

What a weekend of netball in Windsor against @thamesmavericks! 🏐🔥 We battled hard, snagged a quarter win in Game 1, tied Q2, and claimed Q3 in Game 2, with the Mavericks edging ahead in the final minutes of Q4. Huge effort from the squad despite numerous injuries and last minute lineup shuffles (next one @sir_nebe 🤠💪🏼 ).

Our first fixture of the year has us heading to London this weekend, where our Sunset Blaze team will face off against the @knightsnetball , @london_giants , and @unicornsnetball !✨

We tried to field a whole team of Alexes but fell short on this occasion. At least if you shout “Alex” half the team will be “there if you need!”
